Ingredients family
Mince pork 400 grams
20 gms Fresh Red Chill
Dried Chilli flakes 2 tablespoons
5 Citrus Kaffir leaves
10 grams.Coriander leaves
Spring Onion 10 grams.
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 tablespoon toasted Rice
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
fresh Mint 10 grams.
Preparation
1. place the pork mince in a skillet.
2. cut the citrus leaves into small pieces, add to skillet.
3. Chop onions, cilantro and fresh chilles and add to the pot.
4. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, chillis, sticky rice flakes roasted and water to the pan.
5. connect the high heat and fry it until the pork is cooked.
6. serve garnished with Mint.

Steamed Sticky Rice
Salad of vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber, Long bean or cabbage.
